At OLDO, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across Egypt.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services to all governorates in Egypt, including major cities and remote areas.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1–4 business days

• Alexandria & Delta: 2–5business days

• Upper Egypt & other governorates: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed clearly at checkout before confirming your order.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or call to verify your details before shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. Please ensure that the full order amount is available at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to THREE times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order may be canceled or rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

Order Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery before payment. If there is visible damage, please report it immediately to the courier and contact our customer support.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or external factors. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
